At the beginning of it all, the idea of connecting advertising formats on transport with mobile marketing was born. In April 2008, we implemented the first Bluetooth campaign for Fanta on public transport vehicles, where passengers could download a game with a jumping orange onto their mobile phones. Gradually we implemented other Bluetooth campaigns and passengers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia could download mobile content in the form of a picture, game or jingle. With the advent of smartphones, we abandoned Bluetooth technology and innovated devices for Wi-Fi signal distribution. The idea wasn´t far from reality and in November 2010 the first test campaign was created in the Wi-Fi advertising network.
To date, we have implemented many dozens of buses and trams with internet sponsored advertising campaigns.
